Workshop updates: 

Dodelson writes that 50 invitations have been sent out and over 1/2 have accepted so far. The workshop has it own webpage at http://astro.fnal.gov/cmb/

Irwin has held off on invitations pending workshop support but is ready to go.

Mission Study:

General discussion about consequences of the drastic change of scope due to the budget going from $1.6M to $600K.
1. Study still makes sense but will not contain the in depth detailed studies.
2. Priorities in order:
    1. Workshops
    2. Template Mission definition
    3. Mission studies
3. Must reduce senior personnel support at universities and centers. Will try to maintain support for GS and postdoc.
4. Attempt to retain some engineering support for template mission and hardware study.
5. Will seek other funding to help support of workshops
