Preceedings: Hanany has looked into two possible publishers for proceedings they are the Institute of Physics (http://jpcs.iop.org) and the American Institute of Physics http://www.aip.org His findings are in the reference notes. The organizers should think about the issue of where to publish. In any case, the public CMBpol website at chicago will maintain all the documents and the final report. They will also be on the arXive. One advantage of published proceedings is a document that can be reference. The CMBpol wiki is up along with an open website http://cmbpol.uchicago.edu and a secure for those with a cmbpol password at https://cmbpol.uchicago.edu. The secure site can be written to using WebDav access to https://cmbpol.uchicago.edu. Subversion repositories are setup for some papers and any number can be setup. A first draft of the outline for the final mission study report will be started in the next weeks. Getting this underway will help focus some of the workshop activity.
